New Community Grants
The aim of the Southern Highlands Community Foundation (SHCF) is to connect funds with those in our community that need it most. In 2023, to mark our 21st Birthday we have a range of community grants available for new programs and initiatives in the Southern Highlands.
Kickstart Southern Highlands
Do you have a great community initiative that needs a kickstart? We have a number of grants available are for new community programs with a minimum grant of $1000 per application up to a maximum of $5000. Grants are only accessible for projects/activities during 2023 and the first half of 2024*
21st Birthday Grants
To celebrate 21 years if the SHCF we want to give back to the community with new grants available in three categories:
- First Nations – $5000 for a project or program that supports the First Nations community.
- Arts & Culture – $5000 for a project or program that supports the Arts & Culture within the highlands.
- Cancer Care – $5000 for a project or program that supports the Cancer Care within the highlands.
Grant applications open on 30 March and close on 1 June 2023, with successful applicants notified at the end of August 2023. *All funds must be dissipated by June 30th 2024.
