Thank you to all those who came along to our screening of UnCharitable at the Empire Cinema in Bowral.
UnCharitable is a documentary by Dan Pallotta that explores the dark side of philanthropy and the need for radical change in
charitable practices to ensure tangible, long-term impact. In addition to the screening we also held a panel discussion with Jack Heath, CEO of Philanthropy Australia and Ian Bird, CEO of Community Foundations Australia where explored some of the issues raised in the film along with the important role that Community Foundations can play in raising funds and supporting local organisations.
